Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Backlinks Outreach at backlinksoutreach.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Backlinks Outreach is a price-comparison layer for guest posts and sponsored content. We aggregate listings and prices from third-party marketplaces, including FatGrid, INSERT.LINK, Linkavista, Links.me, Linkuma, Meup and Nautilinks, through partner APIs that are generally synced once a day.

With the Service you can:

• Search the catalog and compare sellers for the same site.
• Save sites into projects and lists, and save filters.
• Run bulk domain searches.
• Export results to CSV or XLSX, depending on your plan.
• Click through to a marketplace to purchase a placement.

Backlinks Outreach does not sell placements itself. Orders, payments for placements, content delivery, and refunds for placements are strictly between you and the relevant marketplace or seller, under their own terms.

You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email address or with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for all activity under your Backlinks Outreach account. Each account is for one person. Tell us promptly at legal@backlinksoutreach.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is available on a Free plan and on paid plans (Professional and Ultimate), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and plan limits, such as projects, saved filters, bulk search size and export rows, are shown on our pricing page.

• Payments. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
• Price changes. We may change plan prices or limits. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice in advance.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract catalog data by automated means, other than through the exports the Service provides.
• Resell, redistribute, publish or build a competing product or database from data obtained through the Service.
• Share your login, or let multiple people use a single account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the Service’s source code or non-public systems.
• Exceed or circumvent rate limits, plan limits or other technical restrictions.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or interfere with its security or availability.

We may suspend or limit accounts that violate these rules.

Marketplaces and sellers listed on Backlinks Outreach are independent third parties. We do not control, endorse or guarantee their sites, listings, content quality, delivery or customer service. Your use of any marketplace is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

When you click through to a marketplace, we redirect you via a tracking link that may include referral or UTM parameters. Some marketplaces may pay us a referral commission when you sign up or make a purchase. This does not change the price you pay, and we aim to rank and display listings based on the data available, not on commissions.

Prices, metrics and availability shown on Backlinks Outreach are provided for information only. They come from third parties, are synced periodically, and may be out of date, incomplete or exclude marketplace fees, taxes or currency conversion. Always confirm the final price and terms with the marketplace or seller before you buy. We are not responsible for differences between the prices we display and the prices charged.

The Service, including its software, design, branding and the way data is compiled and presented, is owned by Backlinks Outreach or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its exports for your own internal business purposes while your account is active. You keep ownership of the projects, lists and notes you create.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will be accurate or complete, or that any placement will achieve particular SEO results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backlinks Outreach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party marketplace.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us anything. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email privacy@backlinksoutreach.com and we will respond within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Backlinks Outreach is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws where you live provide otherwise.
